New Podcast Episode: Investing 101

According to Forbes, “66% of people aged 18-29 (and 65% of those 30 to 39) say investing in the stock market is scary or intimidating, compared with 58% of those aged 40 to 54 and 57% of those 55 and older.” Investing can definitely feel like a huge undertaking in the beginning, but with research and knowledge, it’s possible to get an understanding.

The latest episode of Wallet Watch, titled “Investing 101,” is all about the basics of investing. From different types of investments to the importance of doing your research, the hosts have got you covered. This newest addition also features a very special guest, Alexander, who is a former intern with OU Credit Union and a bright senior at Oakland University. He’s bringing his intellect, knowledge of investing, and charisma to a topic that many are perplexed by.

This contest runs from August 5, 2020, through December 23, 2020. The winner will be drawn on December 28, 2020, by the Financial Education department of MSU Federal Credit Union, whose decisions are final. The winner of the gift card must agree to sign a release form allowing MSU Federal Credit Union to use his/her name for promotional purposes for Financial 4.0 and any future MSUFCU promotional materials.

MSUFCU is not responsible for any damage caused to entrants' mobile device due to participation in the contest. MSUFCU reserves the right to cancel the online component of the contest should it become technically corrupted, and the winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received prior to that time.

Winner understands that prizes may not be substituted or assigned.
